Tenancy agreement

WHEREAS LICENSOR is anxious

to grant the licensee permission

to inhabit the premises

(HEREINAFTER referred to as “the body”)

AND WHEREAS the body remains

at all times

the exclusive property of the LICENSOR

it is rented on condition

that the LICENSEE does not treat the body

AS THOUGH HE OWNS IT

AND ACCORDINGLY

should the licensee wilfully

and maliciously

mistreat the body in breach of this tenancy agreement

and the sole ownership established HERETOFORE

the body will protest

the body will cause pain

the body will malfunction and summarily expire

WHEREUPON this agreement formally terminates.
